Sometimes Highway 2 is closed, so call California Highway Information 1-800-427-7623. . Resupply at Jensens Finest Foods. BUY 5 DAYS of food to get to Aqua Dulce. In the PCT register at the Mountain Hardware store, there is a list of Trail Angels who let hikers camp at their homes. The Pines Motel has hiker rates. Possible ride back to trail.
